Why host here

Protection that works both ways.

Verified hosts earn trust

Identity checks help serious guests book with confidence — and reduce no-shows from speculative enquiries.

Payout after check-in

You are paid after check-in is confirmed. You are not chasing transfers in group chats.

Costs stated up front

Publish rent, fees, and house rules before anyone commits. Fewer arguments at the door.

Handover that leaves a record

Check-in tools, PINs for participating locks, and a clear stay timeline for both sides.

How hosting works

From empty unit to first booking.

  1. Step 01

    Create your account

Sign up as a host or landlord and complete verification so guests know who they are dealing with.

  2. Step 02

    Add the property

Address, photos, amenities, and documents — once, then reuse across listings.

  3. Step 03

    Publish a listing

Choose yearly rental, short stay, shared living, venue, or sale. Set price and rules clearly.

  4. Step 04

    Get booked and paid

Respond to guests, confirm handover, and receive your payout after a successful stay or tenancy start.

Trust

What guests see before they pay.

Guests book when the person, the price, and the paperwork are knowable. Verification, published costs, and payout after check-in are not marketing lines — they are the product.

Questions

Before you list.

Who can list on Keyvata?

Verified property owners and authorised managers can list yearly rentals, short stays, shared units, venues, and homes for sale after identity checks.

When do I get paid?

After the guest confirms check-in, or after the tenancy start is confirmed for longer lets. Until then the host has not been paid.

Do I need smart locks?

No. Smart locks and lockboxes are optional for participating stays. You can still hand over keys in person with a recorded check-in.

What does Keyvata charge hosts?

Platform fees are shown before you publish and before a guest pays. There is no charge to create a draft property.

Ready to publish?

Create an account, verify, and add your first property. Browsing stays free for guests; hosting starts when you are ready.
